I have not—great title—and as it happens I'm looking for an audio book so that's that, sorted! I also really liked Tom Holland's Dominion, which makes a pretty convincing case that many of the beliefs we consider secular and humanistic, and indeed the very idea of "secularism," come from Christianity.
